Because of the strict cross-border travel restrictions due to the coronavirus, we regret to inform you that we are not able to issue documents required for visa applications for those who are without proof of triple vaccination with designated vaccines.

Entry to Japan
  1. VISA is required to enter Japan for all non-Japanese attendees at present (12 April, 2022). Please note that VISA acquisition is responsibility of participants. If you need any assistance, please contact us at ndnc2022@pco-prime.com.
  2. Please respect the entry rules of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) of Japan.

  3. Quarantine measures after arrival to Japan

  • The organizer will not provide any travel arrangement and it is responsibility of each one of participants.
  • All of documents for travel to Japan has to be ready by each participant itself.
  • If there are any incomplete or error on your document, you may be denied to enter Japan.
  • It is your own responsibility for neither unable to enter Japan nor to attend the conference due to your own inadequacy or mistake.
  • The rules of traveling to Japan have changed day by day. For any question about traveling to Japan, please ask your local embassy of Japan.
