ATTENDEES GUIDELINES

1. Onsite Attendees
  • Registration will open at 14:30, 6 June.
  • Response to COVID-19:
    Our decisions and preventive measures are guided by the requirements and recommendations of Kanazawa Bunka Hall.
    To prevent the spread of the coronavirus, NDNC2022 requires participants to take the following measures. 
  1. Wear a surgical mask at all times while at the conference venue and during the event. 
  2. Wash hands and sanitize hands frequently. 
  3. Keep a social distance >1m from other participants. 
  4. Avoid conversation in loud voice. 
  5. The following symptoms may result in refusal of admission. 
    Fever (37.5°C or higher), cough, difficulty breathing, fatigue, sore throat, nasal discharge/nasal congestion, taste/smell disorder, joint/muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea/vomiting, etc. 
  6. Eating and drinking are not permitted in the conference venue, except keeping hydration. 
  7. Install and using the app COCOA (COVID-19 Contact App) is suggested to protect yourself, community and society. 
  8. Conference committee members or secretaries may open the entrance doors of the session rooms for ventilation.
